Ummmm......Let me think... No they do not....When looking at a game you have to look at all the aspects ex.(Graphics, Processing....ETC) the game is so diverse that you would need a super computer processor to process the needed information because the game is so complex and in depth. Also to process the astonishing blu-ray graphics making MGS4 an alot better game than Halo 3.
